Samantha Penturf was licensed in Texas in 2013. She immediately started working at the Rodman Law office where she benefited from working alongside Jim Rodman and learning from his years of experience in both defense and plaintiff personal injury law.
Samantha was born and raised in Texarkana, Texas. She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 2005. She graduated from The New School in New York City with a degree in journalism. After undergraduate school Samantha attended the Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating in 2012.
Samantha has represented clients in all areas of the State in matters involving injuries and death caused by car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, shoddy construction, fraud, and a host of other causes. Samantha has also successfully represented clients in employment disputes, contract disputes, deceptive trade practice cases, and real estate disputes.
Samantha enjoys various civic activities in the Austin community and is a mentor to high school teen girls through the Explore Austin organization. Samantha has been with the group organization five years now and their mission is to promote a sense of adventure, leadership and a respect for nature in Austin’s underserved youth.
